RESERVATION POLICIES:
If your arrival is more than 30 days out we require 50% down at time of booking. We accept credit cards -Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex. Full Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. This payment will be charged automatically to the card on file. If you are booking your stay within 30 days of arrival then full payment is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you have 24 hours from the time you
book to cancel your reservation with a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. (Exception: If you purchase Travel Insurance at the time of booking, it is only refundable up to 10 days after purchase)
If you are canceling within 30 days prior to your arrival the rent payment amount is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Your non-rent fees will be refunded.
There are no refunds for shortened stays or no shows.
There are no refunds for weather-related issues, road closures or power outages unless they last over 12 hours.
*If booked through a third party site you may be subject to their required cancellation policy that may supersede our direct booking policy.
