CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you have 24 hours from the time you book to cancel your reservation with a full refund.
• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of your stay will receive a 100% refund. (Exception: If you purchase Travel Insurance at the time of booking, it is only refundable up to 10 days after purchase.)
• If you are canceling within 30 days prior to your arrival, the rent payment amount is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Your non-rent fees will be refunded.

Only dogs are allowed at pet-friendly properties. Please check the individual property details to see if pets are permitted.

Most of our rentals have a minimum stay requirement, typically ranging from two to seven nights depending on the season and property.
