Reservation Policy
Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. ID will be required upon booking. All other guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult over the age of 25.

Reservations require 50% down at time of booking. We accept credit cards -Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex.

In order to book, you will need to either purchase damage protection for $70 or make a refundable security deposit of $1500.

Full Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. If you are booking your stay within 60 days of arrival then full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy

From the time of booking you have 24 hours to cancel your reservation with a full refund.

60-day cancellation notice is required to obtain refund of the rent payment and all other fees minus the non-refundable processing fee with a minimum of $100.

If you are canceling within 60 days prior to your arrival the rent payment amount is non- refundable and will be forfeited. Your non rent fees will be refunded, minus the non-refundable processing fee with a minimum of $100. Unless the dates of your stay rebook by another guest. If dates are rebooked we will refund the rent difference of the new booking and your cancelled booking for those dates, minus the non-refundable processing fee with a minimum of $100.

There are no refunds for shortened stays or no shows.

All homes have cleaning fees, (they vary with the size of the house), lodging tax, and processing fee on the grand total. There is an additional pet fee and/or Hot tub fee, if applicable to the house.
