Through this portal, you can effortlessly monitor your calendar, book stays for yourself, access financial statements, and submit maintenance requests. We firmly believe that you should have the freedom to use your own home whenever you desire, without any restrictions.
To ensure a seamless setup process and optimal presentation of your property, we have a one-time setup fee of $450. This fee covers essential services such as professional photography for your home, activating and setting up your listing, creating a comprehensive digital inventory of your property, complying with any required signage mandated by local ordinances, and crafting a detailed house book tailored to your home's unique features. The setup fee can be deducted from your first month's booking income, streamlining the financial aspects for your convenience.
Our management fee is set at 28% of the net rent generated from bookings. Rest assured, we are committed to being available 24/7 to address any needs or concerns your guests may have. We have fostered strong relationships with local vendors and contractors, ensuring prompt assistance in case any unforeseen issues arise within your home.
